- • Transaction ID or payment receipt;
- • A description of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- • Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) are governed by those platforms' respective refund policies.
- • Partially used subscriptions and promotional or bonus offers are non-refundable.
- • If you have unlocked paid content through in-app purchases / website / mobile-web recharge and have engaged in reading activity, the purchase is non-refundable.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Refunds for third-party-platform purchases are subject to that platform's process.
